The Pennsylvania Tactical Officers Association (PATOA) was formed to meet the expanding needs of the PA Law Enforcement profession. The PATOA will focus on providing a communications and networking link between police first responders and tactical officers throughout the United States. THE PATOA MISSION STATEMENT The Pennsylvania Tactical Officers Association (PATOA) is a professional-nonprofit police association dedicated to providing networking opportunities and communication links to law enforcement tactical operators, tactical teams and first responders in order to provide educational resources, tactical information and tactical training to enhance overall situational awareness and preparedness on all levels. Individual membership in the PATOA is open to all sworn-active law enforcement, corrections personnel and active military personnel with proper Identification for $25 per year.
